Three Things Every Human Fears
After tackling Obsession in my last video, it seems only fitting to cover the other biggest horror film of the year: Backrooms. While watching the movie, I had this idea stick inside of my head. The idea of the minus world in the original Mario Bros.
I realize you could point to any number of glitches in games that would also equally describe what happens under the hood of Kane Parsons’ Backrooms, but Mario somehow fits it so eloquently. Staging it as three fears, I get to explain some of my favorite ideas about the film. Hope you enjoy!
